<p>Atlantis HR is looking for a <strong>Project Manager (M/F) #Construction</strong> in Madrid for a client, an international design and construction group specialising in complex buildings.</p>
<h2 id="vos-missions">Vos missions</h2>
<p>Working on design and construction projects, your role is to guide the entire project towards success. Your main tasks are as follows:</p>
<p>Be the client’s main contact for the commercial, contractual and project relationship.</p>
<p>Lead the design phase in collaboration with our teams of French specialists</p>
<p>Coordinate the construction work with our on-site engineers and sub-contractors</p>
<p>Manage all internal project stakeholders</p>
<p>Operations prior to acceptance and commissioning</p>
<p>Manage the financial and timing aspects of the overall project</p>
<h2 id="vos-compétences">Vos compétences</h2>
<p>As a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil engineer you have a minimum of <strong>15 years</strong> of experience on <strong>big industrial building projects</strong> with <strong>high added technical value</strong> and <strong>tight deadlines.</strong> Speaking fluently <strong>Spanish</strong> and <strong>English</strong>, a good level in <strong>French would be a plus.</strong></p>
